7P was founded in 2022 on the backbone of years of combined real estate experience specific to the Charleston market. We launched with a goal to redefine the acquisitions, planning and management of land in the I-26 Corridor.
The key to our success lies in our processes, from acquiring land to planning and development. Our goal is to elevate the experience of our buyers by providing a systematic approach to the entire real estate process.
